1. Kapsam

Bu gizlilik politikasi, Balanso mobil ve web uygulamasinin kullanici verilerini nasil isledigini aciklar. Balanso; gelir, gider, butce, abonelik, borc, taksit ve finansal rapor takibi icin tasarlanmis bir kisisel finans uygulamasidir.

2. Toplanan Veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, kullanici kimligi ve oturum bilgileri.
• Kullanici tarafindan girilen finansal veriler: gelir, gider, kategori, butce, hesap, abonelik, borc, taksit ve hedef bilgileri.
• Satin alma ve abonelik bilgileri: Balanso Gold abonelik durumu, plan tipi ve islem dogrulama bilgileri.
• Cihaz ve uygulama verileri: uygulama surumu, cihaz bilgileri, bildirim tokeni, hata ayiklama ve temel kullanim verileri.
• Reklam verileri: reklam gosterimi icin reklam tanimlayicilari ve ilgili reklam olcum verileri.
• AI ozellikleri kullanildiginda ve acik izin verildiginde: finansal ozetler, kategori veya aciklama metinleri ve kullanicinin sectigi fis, fatura, dekont ya da dosya goruntusu.

3. Verilerin Kullanimi

• Uygulama ozelliklerini sunmak ve finansal kayitlari gostermek.
• Bulut senkronizasyonu, yedekleme ve hesap erisimi saglamak.
• Balanso Gold aboneliklerini dogrulamak ve yonetmek.
• Bildirimler, hatirlatmalar ve haftalik ozetler gondermek.
• Kullanici acik izin verdiginde AI destekli finansal icgoru, dokuman bilgisi cikarimi ve kategori/ikon onerileri uretmek.
• Uygulama guvenligini, performansini ve kararliligini iyilestirmek.
• Yasal yukumluluklere ve uygulama magazasi kurallarina uymak.

4. Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetler

Balanso, uygulama islevleri icin Firebase, Google Play Services, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Billing ve Google AdMob gibi ucuncu taraf hizmetleri kullanabilir. Bu hizmetler, kendi gizlilik politikalarina uygun olarak veri isleyebilir.

Balanso AI ozellikleri icin Google Gemini API (Google LLC) kullanabilir. Bu paylasim yalnizca kullanici uygulama icinde acik izin verdiginde yapilir. Paylasilabilecek veriler finansal ozetler, kategori veya aciklama metinleri ve kullanicinin AI dokuman tarama icin sectigi dosya ya da goruntulerle sinirlidir. Bu veriler kisisellestirilmis finansal icgoru, dokuman bilgisi cikarimi ve kategori/ikon onerisi uretmek icin kullanilir. Izin verilmeden Google Gemini API'ye veri gonderilmez. Balanso, calistigi ucuncu taraf hizmetlerin veriler icin ayni veya esdeger koruma standartlari saglamasini bekler.

5. Finansal Hizmet Siniri

Balanso banka, kredi, para transferi, odeme kuruluslugu, kripto para, sigorta veya yatirim al-sat hizmeti sunmaz. Uygulamadaki veriler kullanicinin manuel girdilerine ve uygulama ici hesaplamalara dayanir.

6. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Kullanici verileri, hesap aktif oldugu surece veya yasal olarak gerekli oldugu surece saklanabilir. Kullanici, uygulama icinden hesabini ve ilgili verilerini silmeyi talep edebilir.

7. Cocuklarin Gizliligi

Balanso 13 yas alti cocuklara yonelik degildir. Bilerek 13 yas alti cocuklardan veri toplamiyoruz.

Balanso Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This privacy policy explains how Balanso processes user data. Balanso is a personal finance app for tracking income, expenses, budgets, subscriptions, debts, installments, and financial reports.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data such as email address, user ID, and session data.
• User-entered financial data such as income, expenses, categories, budgets, accounts, subscriptions, debts, installments, and goals.
• Purchase and subscription data such as Balanso Gold status, plan type, and transaction validation information.
• Device and app data such as app version, device information, notification token, diagnostics, and basic usage data.
• Advertising identifiers and ad measurement data where applicable.
• When AI features are used and explicit permission is granted: financial summaries, category or description text, and the receipt, invoice, statement, or file image selected by the user.

3. How We Use Data

• To provide app features and display financial records.
• To provide cloud sync, backup, and account access.
• To validate and manage Balanso Gold subscriptions.
• To send notifications, reminders, and weekly summaries.
• To generate AI-powered financial insights, document extraction, and category/icon suggestions when the user gives explicit permission.
• To improve app security, performance, and reliability.
• To comply with legal obligations and app store requirements.

4. Third-Party Services

Balanso may use Firebase, Google Play Services, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

Balanso may use the Google Gemini API (Google LLC) for AI features. This sharing occurs only after the user gives explicit in-app permission. The data that may be shared is limited to financial summaries, category or description text, and files or images selected by the user for AI document scanning. The data is used to generate personalized financial insights, extract document information, and suggest categories or icons. No data is sent to the Google Gemini API without permission. Balanso expects third-party services it works with to provide the same or equivalent protection for user data.

5. No Regulated Financial Services

Balanso does not provide banking, lending, money transfer, payment institution, crypto, insurance, or investment trading services. App calculations are based on user-entered data and in-app logic.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data may be retained while an account is active or as legally required. Users can request deletion of their account and related data in the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Balanso is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
